Mr and Mrs Campbell - Pelican Bay Country Club and The Palmetto Club

Damien and Suzanne's photographer bailed on them a month before their wedding, which was lucky for me because then all our friends passed my info along and Cat and I got to photograph one rad wedding.  I knew Damien from growing up in Daytona Beach, but hadn't had the chance to meet his lovely fiancĂ©' Suzanne because he moved away. The moment I met her I was so excited to photograph this wedding. She was beautiful, and giddy and had such style! I knew this was going to be a good one.

When we walked  into Suzanne's dressing room she was standing in her day clothes, doing her bridesmaids hair. That was a first. When I opened the closet door to view her dress I was instantly obsessed.  It was this beautiful silver color that matched her hair and her heels were to die for! When we joined the guys we found a very different circumstance.  Damien was pacing around the country club trying to make the final call as to whether or not the wedding should be outdoors (the skies were dark, but we were all hopeful).  The final decision? Let's do it outdoors!!! ....fast forward to 20 minutes before the ceremony...it starts pouring.  The venue and the groomsmen quickly moved all those seats inside.  I must say I was super impressed with how well the Pelican Bay Country Club handled such a last minute swap.

The rest of the day was a hoot. The rain cleared. The reception was wild. The dance moves and sing-a-longs were impressive. The day was great.

And now without any further adieu...the Campbell wedding sneak peek!
